2. Services Description
SIRGiving is a platform that facilitates charitable giving by connecting donors with nonprofit organizations through our trusted partner Every.org. Our primary service is distributing reward tokens to users who make charitable donations. Specifically, we:
- Connect donors with verified charitable organizations listed on Every.org
- Forward all donation requests to Every.org for secure payment processing
- Distribute SIR tokens as rewards for successful donations confirmed by Every.org
- Manage a referral program to encourage community engagement
- Display organization information pulled directly from Every.org
- Provide donation tracking and reward management through user dashboards
Important: All donations are ultimately processed by Every.org. SIRGiving collects and stores payment information solely for the purpose of securely forwarding it to Every.org and for distributing rewards. We act as a facilitator and reward distribution platform.
3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Registration
To use our Services, you must register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Keep your password confidential and secure
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
3.2 Account Types
We support different account types including individual users, businesses, impact organizations, and registered nonprofits.
3.3 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Donations and Rewards
4.1 Donation Processing
All donations are processed by Every.org:
- You will be redirected to Every.org's secure payment system
- All payment information is handled directly by Every.org
- Your donation is subject to Every.org's terms and conditions
- SIRGiving receives confirmation of successful donations via webhooks
4.2 SIR Token Rewards
We distribute SIR tokens as rewards for successful donations:
- Tokens are distributed after donation confirmation by Every.org
- Token values and distribution rates are determined by our administration
- Tokens have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money
- We reserve the right to modify token distribution policies at any time
4.3 Referral Program
Our referral program allows users to earn additional rewards:
- Users can generate and share unique referral codes
- When someone donates using your referral code, you may earn additional SIR tokens
- Referral rewards are subject to our configuration
- We reserve the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time
5. User Responsibilities
5.1 Compliance
You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your use of our Services.

You agree not to:

Our Services integrate with Every.org for donation processing and organization data. We are not responsible for Every.org's content or practices. Your use of Every.org's services is subject to their terms and conditions.

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SIRGIVING SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.
